Fromrussiawithrob first started as a quirky and sporadic year-abroad/travel blog for my adventures in Russia as part of my university degree.

Nowadays it's a place to discuss Russian current affairs and culture from my point of view. All comments and criticism on the stories and cultural topics that I cover are appreciated. I hope this blog will promote interest in studying and visiting this amazing country and I hope that my articles go some way towards getting Russian problems and achievements into the spotlight a little more frequently.
